Throughout my years of training, racing and traveling I've learned the importance of recovery. These new compression tights by Skins have been tested by myself and and our athletes and pass with flying colors.

A typical day for me this winter is as follows. I wake up early 5:30am and pour a cup of coffee and head out to the surf for a 1hr -1.5hr session, follow up with a banana and a protein drink. At about 8:30 I get on the bike and ride between 3-4 hrs. During all of this, I'm eating, drinking and taking endurolytes.
