Nutrition is the most overlooked area for most athletes. Nutrition fuels your body, your body pedals your bike. People put more money into their equipment than into their nutrition. It should be the other way around. Your body is the most important piece of equipment you'll ever own. If fueled properly, your body will respond like you want.

A good friend always used to say, garbage in garbage out. It makes sense doesn't it. There are some simple rules you can apply to your eating habits that will give you a good start. These guidelines are not only good for you, they also good for the environment.
