 Rider: John Quirke
DOB:  March 23, 1965
Riding/racing since:  Riding since I could balance at the age of 4/Racing since my mid-life crisis kicked in, as a way of motivating myself to keep pushing.
Favorite ride:  My Lindbergh/Mountain Church/Lambertville (NJ) route.  It starts right outside my front door.  Miles and miles of hard climbing, fast descents, windy roads, peace and quiet.
What motivates you:  Riding hard with good friends and discovering the world from the vantage point of two wheels.  And my wife and kids, who remind me that it's all about balance.
Favorite 53x11Coffee:  The Early Break.  Amazing aroma, smooth taste.  Best enjoyed at sunrise as you get ready for your ride.
Anything else you'd like to share:  There are so many ways to improve your corner of the world while you're on two wheels.  You just have to look a little.

Rider- Caryl Harris
DOB: 1/8/1957
Riding/racing since: I've been riding since 2000 when I became involved with AIDS charity cycling events. For the past 5 years, I've participated in triathlon, duathlon and club racing.
What motivates you: Coming from a family with health issues, I was initially very motivated to stay healthy. While that is still a very strong motivator, I'm very inspired by the older athletes, particularly the women out there, who defy their age with each and every ride and or race.
Favorite ride: High Point State Park to Cape May.
Favorite 53x11Coffee: The Big Ring
