53x11 Coffee is here to provide you with the best tasting coffees from around the world. We specialize in fair trade organic coffees. We source our coffees from the top 1% of the coffee farms around the world. We carefully roast in small batches to bring out the beans best flavors and character. You'll notice the difference upon your first sip.
The Early Break is a medium roasted coffee with beans from five different corners of the world. Just a great coffee anytime of the day.
The Big Ring is a Sumatran coffee, roasted medium/dark. Full-bodied, heavy on the tongue, smooth to the finish. Also low in acidity.
The Chain Breaker is a secret three bean blend. This is a med/dark roast made for Espresso but also for drip. Very full-bodied, with a smooth, rich, dark roast taste . Without the bitterness most darker roasted coffees have.
The Down Shift Decaf is a stellar fair trade organic decaf coffee. It 's a natural water process that has amazing flavor. So good you'll never know it's decaf.
Seasonal coffee-
Cerro Paldo- Award winning direct trade coffee from Costa Rica. Light roasted to bring out the unique flavors from this region. Look for a slightly sweet flavor with notes of floral.

The Commuter Challenge- Be a part of something cool. This is a friendly monthly contest  to see who puts in the most commuter miles via their human powered bike. Winners will be awarded a very nice gift basket from us. Commuting by bike is healthy, good for the environment, and a great save money. Dave M is the top commuter for Sept. What motivates you:
Following weekly goals or a workout training program (time and heart
rate based). Also, seeing friends enjoying their racing and making
gains toward their personal gains. I like to ride for my own personal
reasons, but also vicariously through others.
Goals for 2010:
Up milage from 11,300 last year to 11,500 this year. 40k TT in the 56
minute mark. 5 charity rides. Hang with with Cat 1,2 field in races.
