The Big Ring- One of my favorites. This is a coffee from the far reaches of Indonesia. 100% Sumatra medium roasted to a very specific profile that brings out all the richness and flavors. You won't be disappointed.

The Chain Breaker: This is a fantastic coffee. It's our Med/dark roast meant for espresso as well as drip. A secret blend that will bend the cranks and break the chain. Comprised of beans from four different countries to give you a full bodied, heavy on the tongue flavor. You can stand a spoon up in it.

The Early Break- A very unique blend that comes from five different countries. Our medium roasted coffee that gives you a complex cup with tons of individual bean flavor. Bright, lively, nutty A perfect morning cup.

Down Shift Decaf- Our secret blend is a natural water process decaf. This coffee is so good, you'll never know it's decaf. Look for a smooth full bodied cup every time.

Costa Rica Cerro Paldo

House Espresso

Costa Rica Cerro Paldo- I absolutely love this coffee. My favorite way to prepare it is with a manual drip filter. I grind it some what fine and add 4 tablespoons to the filter that sits above my cup. Heat the water to a boil, and pour over.
This Tarrazu origin coffee is medium roasted. I find a sweet full bodied cup with some notes of floral.

The House Espresso is result of our time and passion. Our roast master has taken espresso to a whole new level. This is a unique five bean blend of renowned Indonesian and American coffees. Rich, syrupy, and sweet with a hint of chocolate and tons of crema.

Not quite as dark as our Chain Breaker espresso but so so smooth and rich!

Typical of Ethiopian naturals, this organic coffee possesses chocolate and berry tastes that practically melt in your mouth. Smooth, buttery and creamy with a hint of sweetness. Certified Organic Coffee.

Our newest espresso. A med/dark roast. Intense, sweet aroma of brandy, chocolate and caramel. A very smooth taste and understated complexity. Smooth, sweet, with a rich finish. One of the best espresso shots I've ever had.
